Monthly Subscription

• $29.99 a month. Renews monthly until you cancel.
• 3-month minimum: your first 3 monthly payments ($89.97 in total).
• After your 3rd payment, cancel any time in Account → Subscription. It ends at the close of the month you have paid for.
• 2 sessions in your first month, then 1 each month, 40 minutes each. Storage: 10 GB in your first month, then 5 GB each month. Unused sessions carry over.
• Your Avatar unlocks after your 3rd completed paid session, and stays yours if you cancel.

What your pack includes

Does ending a session early use it up?

No. A session is one conversation of up to 40 minutes, and it counts against your pack once its first story is saved. End early and the rest waits for you: come back within 14 days of starting it and carry on.

What happens at 40 minutes?

Near the 40-minute mark the Biographer begins to wrap up, and the session closes when its minutes are used. Leftover minutes stay with that session; they do not carry over to the next one.

Can I pick a session up again?

Yes, as many times as you like within 14 days of starting it, until its 40 minutes are used. After 14 days it closes. A call where you say nothing at all also closes it.

What if I buy another pack?

Its sessions and its storage are added to what you already have — nothing is replaced, and your session credits never expire.

What does the storage cover?

The photos and videos you upload, and files you attach to private messages. Your session recordings and transcripts do not count against it.

Change your mind? Our refund policy

• No paid sessions recorded: full refund within 14 days — your free warmup never counts
• Partly used: a refund for the sessions you haven’t recorded, within 14 days
• All sessions used: contact us and we’ll review it together
• Monthly Subscription: a full refund of your first payment within 14 days if you haven’t recorded a paid session — it ends straight away, minimum or not; for any other payment, contact us and we’ll review it together

For example: you buy Fast-Track ($99.99) and use 1 of its 3 sessions, then change your mind within 14 days. You get $66.66 back — the share of the price for the 2 sessions you have not used.

If a paid session fails for a technical reason — the call drops or the recording is lost — tell us, and we will give that session back.

Audio enhancement: if a story can’t be enhanced, we try again automatically. A single-session enhancement that still can’t be finished is refunded automatically; a whole-archive enhancement is refunded automatically if none of its stories could be enhanced — if only some couldn’t, we look at it with you.
